Terms & Conditions
1. Price shall be mentioned after reviewing job and
calculating the time to complete it.
2. All payment must be in US $.
3. Any software other than PeachTree® &
MS-Excel will be provided by client.
4. Advances once received shall not be return,
however if job is dismissed by client.
5. Cost of transferring data to Synergy
Accounting Services is the disbursed by client
not Synergy Accounting Services.
6. Any modification in contract will charge
further price
7. The 1 month shall be given to client to
inform us regarding our mistake.
8. After completing each contract new contract
must be made and older will be invalid.
9. Money will be sent in Favor of Synergy
Accounting Services
through Western Union Money Transfer.
10. We're located in Karachi-Pakistan, our
attested bank statement can be furnished at
client's request.
11. Mr. Noman will be our signatory.
Accounting Data Entry - Job Cycle
Accounting data entry includes the ledger posting, into
accounting software’s such as PeachTree,
QuickBooks and Sage. Our trained staff is fully
skilled and equipped to do these jobs without
any errors.
First you scan your document such as; vouchers,
bills, receipts or bank statements, then these
things are emailed into a zip format. when it is completed
or half done, we send you the back up of accounting
software which you check into your system. If
you agree and satisfy then we proceed.
