 How to start Business with Synergy Accounting Service?

Well, it is simple. Just write an email after reading our website and going through its terms & condition. And discuss your job/project with our Manager Operations 'Mr.  Noman Ahmed', and during that discussion select an accounting software and the tenor of your project. Lastly, negotiate about the pricing and method of price. Accounting software must be selected before starting the project, and that you can discuss with Mr. Noman Ahmed - Manager Operations, prior to start your job.

Then you'll be sent an ID which will be our customer ID for recognizing you, and through that ID you will be sent emails. All data which you sent us should be password protected and we'll communicate with your selected staff person so that your secrecy can be maximized. And whatever feedbacks we send to you, even that will be password protected. Because we believe in secrecy of clients and that’s our priority.

Please note that we are here to establish good relationships with our business partners, therefore don't hesitate to ask your all queries.

Discuss your project / job
In your email or telephonic conversation briefly describe your project or job which you intend to send us in Karachi - Pakistan.  We would like to know about your nature of business, if you've partners their name , addresses and contact numbers.  Explain in detail what do you expect from us and any condition you want to fulfill. Please do tell us. Hope we've good business relationship with us.
Step 3 Write your requirements
Please don't forget to write your requirements. Whatever services we're rendering here has been written down. If you want Bookkeeping, Accounting Data Entry, Account Receivable / Payable, Vendor / Customer personal accounts or Cash & bank Book. Do tell in your requisition letter. We'll then able to tell you how many hours shall be required to complete your task.

Choose your Accounting Software
We would like you to chose your required accounting software in advance, however we charge same price for each accounting software. We work on PeachTree ®, Sage Line, QuickBooks and MS-Excel.  For QuickBooks we may ask you to send that license copy.
step 5 Choose your payment structure
You can choose your payment structure at your convenience.  weather you want to send us weekly payments, monthly or lump sums. But follow our conditions to send money on given time table.  Although it is negotiable.
step 6 Must read our Terms & Conditions
Do read our terms & Conditions before entering contract with us. They're not absolute and eternal, feel free to negotiate with us.
step 7 send your data via email
It is an optional to send us your accounting data through your email or by post. Because to avoid the threat of forgery we would not mind to give you our postal address where you can send your data. But postal cost will be charged from you.
